If, during the course of performing a job, we discover that additional work is required which was not authorized previously by yourself, we will make every effort to contact you and explain the discrepancy, so that you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed. However, uncontrollable circumstances or complications during disassembly (such as a broken stud or bolt) will be assessed to the customer in addition to the original estimate most likely without customer notification. We will provide review of each job and explain exactly what and why each repair was performed. Your old parts are retained for your inspection.

Service, repairs and maintenance have three month/3000 mile limited warranty. We do not authorize and will not pay any other shop or person to repair or replace any work warranted by us.
